CWCC GUIDANCE FOR RE-OPENING
- A COVID-19 Risk Assessment has been carried out, which is available to all
- On ordering, staff will record your details for Track & Trace requirements
- Hand sanitiser will be available before entering
- A one way system will be in place, in through main clubhouse door – exit through door near kitchen
- Only 2 persons ordering at any time – drinks will be served on a tray at the end of the bar. No other waiting within the Clubhouse. Please wait on the que markers and ensure a customer exits before entering to order
- Table service only internally. You must remain seated and do not move any furniture.
- Contactless payment, where possible
- Female toilets in clubhouse, accessed (via exit door) on a one in one out system – please ensure you maintain social distancing. Hand sanitiser will be available.
- Male toilets in away changing room, on a one in on out system
- Outside, please return empty glasses to collection table ONLY.
- There will be no admittance when the clubhouse is at capacity, with the exception of ordering drinks within the guidelines
- Indoor gatherings are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles), while outdoor gatherings are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most six people from any number of households.
- In adverse weather, you must not seek shelter inside the clubhouse. Please come prepared for any weather.
- There will be frequent cleaning and sanitising of tables & bar area, specifically when a customer leaves.
- Adults are responsible for their children at all times and children should be kept away from bar area
- Please bring chairs/picnic blankets for outside
- Please be responsible and adhere to social distancing and Government guidance
- No dogs inside Clubhouse, must be kept on a lead outside
